1. General provisions
The company that manages the website www.bookshop.md is THE BOOK SHOP S.R.L., hereinafter referred to by the commercial name My Book Shop, with the legal address in Chisinau, 2, Petru Zadnipru str., of.48, ZIP code MD-2044, tax code: 1019600032707.
The relations between the customer and the seller laid down in the Law no.105 of 13.03.2003 on the protection of consumer rights, and other by-laws adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and the Customer is required to monitor the changes on a regular basis.
2. Registration and placing orders on the website
When registering an order, the Customer must provide the following information:
last name and first name of the Customer or of the order recipient,
order delivery address,
contact telephone number.
The prices shown on the website do not include delivery costs. After registering the order, the Customer receives details on the expected date of order delivery by the Delivery Service. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered products in the Seller’s warehouse and the time required to process the order.
All the information materials displayed on the website are general and cannot fully convey the exact information about the properties and characteristics of the items, including color, size and shape.
In case the ordered product is not available at the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and must inform the Customer by sending an e-mail to the specified address or by telephone.
3. Payment and delivery methods

4. Receipt of products
Upon receipt of the products, if you notice that the products do not correspond to your order, you can refuse them and we will take the necessary measures.
The receipt of the products represents the Customer’s acknowledgement that the products arrived in good condition and correspond to the order both quantitatively and qualitatively, which will be confirmed by your signature on the deed of receipt of the product in the presence of the courier.
If the Customer is not found at the specified address, the courier will call them to deliver the order.
5. How do I cancel an order?
The Customer can cancel the order by telephone preferably on the same day it was placed, and the order cannot be canceled after the confirmation of package delivery was confirmed by telephone or sms.
The orders already handed on to the courier can be canceled, but the cost of delivery will not be reimbursed.
6. How do I return the products?
If the ordered product has manufacturing defects (serious physical defects), the Customer may request its replacement or reimbursement of its value within 48 hours from the receipt.
The return address for the products delivered by courier service is: 2, Petru Zadnipru str., Chisinau, of.48.
The Seller shall fully reimburse the amount received from the Customer except for the cost of delivery.
The Customer undertakes to return only the products that are in the same condition as when they were delivered (in the original packaging, with the labels intact, without defects (except the manufacturing defects) and the accompanying documents: invoice, receipt). Products with physical alterations, bowed, chipped, scratched, with signs of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. shall not be accepted for return.
