Delivery methods

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer according to the Customer’s option.

The Seller shall ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and the transmission of accompanying documents. My Book Shop offers the following delivery methods

a) delivery within the city of Chisinau.
Deliveries within the city of Chisinau will be made within 1-2 working days.
The delivery is free for orders exceeding 400 lei.

For orders whose value is less than 400 lei, the delivery costs 55 lei.

b) delivery in other areas than Chisinau.
Deliveries outside Chisinau will be made within 1-3 working days.
The delivery is free for orders exceeding 700 lei.

For orders whose value is less than 700 lei, the delivery costs 75 lei.

c) international deliveries

For deliveries outside the country, please contact us by phone or email. We try to be flexible and find the best option in terms of time and price.

Payment methods

You can select one of the following payment options

1. Cash payment upon receipt of products

2. Payment by Credit/Debit Card Visa and Mastercard and Maestro.

The Seller will send to the Customer an electronic invoice for the delivered goods and services, at the e-mail mentioned by the Customer in the Account. The obligation of the Customer is to provide all the necessary information to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
